Please click on the categories to the left to purchase products.
Payment: We accept PayPal, and you do not need to be a PayPal member to use their payment service. However, if you prefer not to use PayPal, please use the "comments" box on your order form to tell us that you'd like to pay by personal check. Once we get your order, we will send you a total for your order and an address to which you can mail your check.
Shipping and Handling fees: To find a fee schedule for s & h, please click on Store Policies at the bottom of any page on this site.
International shipping: We do ship internationally, but our regular shipping fees do not apply. We never know the postage amount until the order is packed up and the paperwork is complete. Also, we charge a $10 fee for the extra handling expenses. Before shipping, we will bill you via PayPal for the exact shipping amount, including the $10 fee, minus the amount paid during the normal ordering process.
Product Information: We provide basic product information on each store page. For more detailed information, please look for the "about" link within the text at the top of each page. If you have a question that I haven't addressed on these pages, please email me and I will do my best to find the answer for you from my suppliers.
Wool Policy: We currently do not stock wool products due to animal welfare concerns, but please check back as we are continuing to search for humane wool. For more information, please see the Ethics of Wool blog entry.
Bulk Prices: If you are a member of a guild or group, or an individual buyer who would like to know about bulk pricing, please contact me. Except for the recycled sari silk yarn, I do not have standardized bulk pricing set up, but if you let me know what you're interested in we can get together by telephone or email and work something out.
